
Grilled pieces of potato! Fantastically delicious with the right seasonings and extras. I like to make mine very crispy on the stove, either using cubed or shredded hash browns, and with olive oil. Next, add garlic, pepper and salt and voila! Yum.
Then, you can either leave it at that or go for a burrito like I do! Inside of a whole wheat tortilla, add tomato sauce and spinach or any other sort of green leafy substance. Roll up and enjoy. Simple, eh?
